Civil Construction Supervisor

 

THE ROLE

As a senior member of the Operations Team, you will be effectively supervising the delivery of onsite civil construction activities for underground utility projects including water, sewer, electrical and gas.

You will be involved with utility relocations and upgrades, working with Project Managers and key project stakeholders including clients, to enable projects meet schedule and budget requirements.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 5 years’ experience supervising multiple field crews and subcontractors with a proven safe work history
  • Industry experience in the selection and safe use of heavy construction plant
  • Relevant industry tickets and licences
  • Proven experience supervising and motivating medium sized crews to achieve project targets whilst working in accordance with Gremalco’s, utility/asset owner’s and clients’ PMPs, policies and procedures
  • Accuracy and consistency in completing and submitting relevant project paperwork
  • Ability to build rapport and influence people
  • Proficient use of MS Office 365 suite and email
