Project Administrator (contract)

 

THE ROLE

The Project Administrator performs an essential role in our projects team and supports the day-to-day running of projects. Essentially the role is a mix of administration, project accounts, systems maintenance, supplier/subcontractor management, with some contract administration duties.

This exciting opportunity will see you take over the role for an 8 month parental leave cover. You will be given a thorough handover to set-you up for success and you will work within a supportive team environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction industry
  • Relevant qualifications
  • White Card is preferred
  • Current drivers licence
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and influence people
  • Experience with project financial software
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to flex and adapt to changing priorities
  • Confident, team-orientated and proactive
