Administration Assistant
THE ROLE
Gremalco has an impressive fleet of modern mobile plant and equipment valued at more than $4m that is used to support the delivery of projects.
We are seeking an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our Plant Department, which provides an important service within the business.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years’ administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and close-out activities with minimal supervision
- Advanced time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with people
- Intermediate to advanced MS Suite especially Excel
- Previous experience using databases
- Ability to flex and adapt to changing priorities
- Confident, team-orientated and proactive
- Current drivers licence
